The Criteria to qualify an Earth Craft House, the builder must:

                            ·  Be a member of the Grater Atlanta Home Builder Association (HBA)

                            ·  Complete a comprehensive training class

                            ·  Submit detailed worksheets that outline the builder's 

                                choices for making it an Earth Craft House

                           ·  Score at least 150 points for green concepts and products used

                            ·  Pass an on-site final inspection by an Earth Craft House inspector
